The Internet is an amazing
tool. It has the power to change the way we live, and we're starting to see
that potential today. With only a few mouse-clicks, you can follow the news,
look up facts, buy goods and services, and communicate with others from around
the world-even people you might never have met.
It's important to
SportsPilot, which owns and operates the SPORTSPILOT Interactive Sports
Information Service, ("ISIS") to help its customers retain their
privacy when they take advantage of all the Internet has to offer.
SportsPilot’s ISIS server is certified by Entrust.net to ensure secure
communications when transmitting confidential information such as credit card
numbers or other personal private data.
This trust relationship exists to help people such as yourself feel
confident about using the Internet for your communication, shopping, research,

Principles
Because your privacy is
important to us, ISIS operates by the following principles:
Principle 1.
ISIS explicitly asks when it needs information that personally identifies you
("Personal Information"). ISIS asks for your first and last name,
state and zip code (or country and postal code for non-U.S. residents), gender,
and year of birth. You may update this information at any time from within your
ISIS account by clicking the "Member Login" button on the navigation
bar, and then clicking on the "Personal" icon.
Principle 2.
Your Personal Information is used only for demographic statistics and to
display appropriate individualized advertisements. ISIS keeps all of your
Personal Information private and does not share it with any third parties. ISIS
will not disclose your Personal Information unless acting under a good faith
belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or
comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of
ISIS; (3) enforce the ISIS Terms of Service; or (4) act to protect the
interests of its members or others.
Principle 3.
ISIS will not send you any unsolicited information, including email, except as
mentioned below. New users will receive a ISIS welcome letter explaining the
features provided by the service. Under exigent circumstances, ISIS may be
required to send you information about the service or your account, but ISIS
will not send you unsolicited email regarding any commercial offers or
advertisements at any time.
Principle 4.
If at any time you believe that ISIS has not adhered to these principles,
please notify us by email at
ISISprivacy@ISIS.com
and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly determine and
correct the problem.
If you have questions about
this policy, please email us at ISISprivacy@ISIS.com.
